Elysium Labs ships all orders to U.S. domestic addresses only. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Free Shipping

All domestic U.S. orders qualify for free shipping regardless of order size or total. No minimum purchase required. Shipping charges will never appear at checkout.

Processing Time

Orders are processed and fulfilled within 1 business day of receipt. Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed.

Delivery Timeframes

Standard delivery timeframes vary by destination zone:

Zones 1–2 (Local): Estimated 1–2 business days after processing
Zones 3–4 (Regional): Estimated 2–3 business days after processing
Zones 5–6 (Mid-country): Estimated 3–4 business days after processing
Zones 7–8 (Cross-country): Estimated 4–6 business days after processing

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Elysium Labs is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking

Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has shipped. If you have not received tracking information within 2 business days of placing your order, please contact us at elysiumchems@gmail.com.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is confirmed lost by the carrier, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue. Elysium Labs is not responsible for packages that are confirmed delivered to the provided address.

Address Accuracy

It is the responsibility of the purchaser to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. Elysium Labs is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. Contact us immediately if you need to correct an address before your order ships.

Restricted Deliveries

Elysium Labs ships exclusively within the contiguous United States, Alaska, and Hawaii. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, U.S. territories, or international addresses at this time.
